Rusyn-Hrynyk R. Management of business structures on the basis of ensuring their competitiveness

The dissertation develops theoretical and methodological and applied provisions for the management of business structures on the basis of ensuring their competitiveness, establishing the level of their solution by economists, highlighting issues which are still insufficiently covered in economics. Based on the use of an integrated indicator of the effectiveness of the management system of business structures, it is possible to determine whether it is appropriate or not appropriate to regulate it. However, this does not allow to determine in which direction it is necessary to correct deviations in the functioning of this system. To this end, at the final stage of this study, the factors and possible causes of the need to regulate the management system are analyzed. This created a 21 basis for determining the main areas of regulation and made it possible to establish their priority. One of the results of the study is also that the paper proposes a method of analyzing the impact of subjective factors due to the characteristics of business leaders, namely their experience, business reputation and more.
