The relationships between the structure of hydrogen-bonded water clusters and their energy and spectral characteristics were investigated within the scope of a research by combining the methods of infrared (IR) absorption and Raman scattering (Raman) spectroscopy, the low-temperature matrix isolation and quantum-chemical calculations. The argon matrix effect on guest water clusters' structure and dynamics was studied using computer modeling methods.
