Chorna E. Criminal Liability for Non-Compliance with a Judgement

Thesis provides theoretical summarization and a new solution of the scientific problem for the increasing and systematization of scientific knowledge in the field of criminal law protection of relations associated with the execution of judgements, as well as for the finding out new ways to solve the problems of criminal liability for such acts. It is concluded that the generic object of crimes against justice can be defined as social relations between the participants of the proceedings and other interested parties to achieve a fair outcome of the proceedings. The scientific approach is strengthened by arguments, according to which direct objects of non-compliance with a judgementshould be divided into the main direct and additional direct (optional) ones.
