Essay

In the dissertation the important scientific problem of cephalgology concerning the pathogenetic mechanisms, improvement of diagnostics and definition of ways of correction of chronicity of a migraine at patients with abdominal obesity (AO) was further developed. This is achieved by studying the social, demographic, psycho-emotional, neuropsychological, clinical characteristics of patients, as well as neurophysiological features of the nociceptive trigeminal pathway in different phases of the migraine cycle (prodrome, ictal phase, postdrome) and interictal migraine periods.
