Doroha O. Clinical and morphological substantiation of hormonal therapy in women of childbearing age suffering from uterine leiomyoma

This dissertation is devoted to the improvement of diagnosis and uterine leiomyoma treatment methods in women of child bearing age based on the results of clinical and instrumental examination, anatomical and morphofunctional justification of therapeutic decision depending on the location, morphological form, sensitivity of receptor apparatus lieomyomatic nodes on the background of hormonal change dynamics. This dissertation work has first proved and scientifically substantiated the need for a differentiated stage system of disease management in women of reproductive age sick with uterine leiomyoma, taking into account modern methods of diagnosing hormonal homeostasis and the use of pathogenetically sound methods of correction, which will surely allow improving life and keeping and restoring reproductive potential in women of this cohort.
