The dissertation is focused on the development of scientifically substantiated directions for improving administrative and legal principles of carrying out public control over the activities of the National Anti-Corruption Bureau of Ukraine. Based on the analysis of the current national and international legislation, the practice of its application and generalization of the main provisions of scholars’ works, the author has determined the essence and specific features of public control over the activities of the National Anti-Corruption Bureau of Ukraine; has elaborated propositions and recommendations for improving its efficiency.
