Malykhina V. Organizational and legal support of administrative proceedings in Ukraine.

The thesis is dedicate to the definition of the theoretical principles of administrative court proceedings introduction in Ukraine like an instrument of the legal protection the human and civil rights and freedoms, and also the thesis is dedicate to definition of the procedural and organizational questions of the administrative courts work. It was founded that the administrative court proceedings is the state instrument, which fixes the judicial and oversight relations mechanisms that aimed at settling relations which appears because of violation of person’s public and individual rights ensuring the proper protection of the human and civil rights and freedoms, and ensuring the legitimate interests of public figures according to Ukrainian legislation.
