The dissertation work is directed on development of technology of reception of bituminous materials on functional properties. The scientific novelty of the main results of the dissertation is that for the first time the principle of forming the properties of bituminous binder material, which combines the stages of determination of raw materials, its preliminary preparation and initiation of chemical interaction between components; for the first time the influence of the polymer additive on the quality indicators of the bituminous binder material, which is the basis for the development of regulatory and technical documentation for its industrial production, is theoretically substantiated and experimentally confirmed; for the first time the range of rational concentrations of the modifying polymeric additive in accordance with properties of raw materials and conditions of its preparation is established; The technology of polymer-containing bituminous binder material, which consists of preliminary preparation of oil sludge and polymeric materials (polypropylene or expanded polystyrene with the addition of graphite; concentration of the removed hydrocarbon fraction; compounding of components in the reactor-type apparatus at a temperature of 150-180 ° C. The practical significance of the work is to solve important scientific and technical problems in the development of technology of bituminous materials by functional properties.
