Essay

The model of organization of medical care for patients with cosmetic defects is substantiated, the innovative element of which is an interdisciplinary team of professionals as the main functional and structural unit that meets the patient's needs for cosmetic care. An exemplary standard program of comprehensive medical care for patients with cosmetic defects as a basis for the implementation of the principle of interdisciplinary approach to the provision of medical care to patients with cosmetic defects. New scientific data on the impact of age-related skin changes on the quality of life of patients. Supplemented domestic scientific data on sources of evidence of best medical practice in the field of "Cosmetology". Systematized scientific data on the risks of cosmetic interventions and risk factors for pathological and age-related skin changes that lead to cosmetic defects. Improved approaches to: regulatory and legal regulation of the organization of cosmetic care in Ukraine; development of qualification characteristics of dermatovenereologists in terms of competencies in the field of "Cosmetic Care"; development of curricula and programs of educational cycles of specialization, internship, thematic improvement in the specialty "Dermatovenereology" sections "Cosmetic care". The methodological support of medical and social research was further developed by substantiating and developing a questionnaire to determine the index of quality of life of patients with age-related skin changes based on the Ukrainian version of the questionnaire to determine the index of quality of life of patients with dermatological diseases Dermatology Life Quality Index (DLQI).
