The thesis is devoted to the development of formulation and technology of the membrane protective liposomal complex composition of hydrophobic antioxidants, in particular for use in cardiology. The object of the research are liposomal compositions of curcumin and quercetin based on phosphatidylcholine. The subject of the research are scientific basis and experimental confirmation of the technology of the liposomal composition of curcumin and quercetin based on phosphatidylcholine, a development of the formulation, technology and quality-control techniques; a study of their pharmacological activity.
