The thesis for a degree of Philosophy Doctor in the field of 10 "Natural sciences", the specialty - 104 "Physics and Astronomy". — Taras Shevchenko Kyiv National University, Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine - Kyiv, 2020. The thesis is focused on the development of physical foundations of strength and lifetime of carbyne-graphene nanoelements over a wide temperature range under the action of a force field. At present, the leading edge in nanophysics is study low dimensional systems because they are "rich" with new effects and extraordinary properties that make them promising for practical use. Proof of this is the 2010 Nobel Prize in Physics, as well as the National Graphene Institute, created in 2015, which has become a European center for graphene research, with a focus on its commercialisation. The combination of a two-dimensional graphene with a one-dimensional carbyne is considered today to be the most promising area of practical utilisation of the exceptional properties of these nanoobjects. Just this is the feasibility and relevance of the choice of research object.
