As a result of the research, scientifically substantiated recommendations for the development of monitoring of land use of objects of the ecological network of regions are offered.
The scientific novelty of the obtained results is as follows:
for the first time:
- developed analytical diagnostic system, which includes local, systemic and integrated levels, which form factors for determining the level of land use of the ecological network of regions based on models, which allows you to permanently monitor their changes to implement the method of integrated assessment;
improved:
− definition of the concept of "monitoring of lands of objects of the ecological network of regions", the distinguishing feature of which is taking into account a set of legal, constructive, complex, organizational, functional and instrumental directions, which allowed to form information-analytical and spatial support on the state and level of land use eco-network at the regional level based
on the application of mathematical modeling methods, which creates a quantitative basis for permanent tracking and control over the use of eco-objects food;
− information and analytical support for monitoring the land use of the ecological network of regions based on the use of analytical and expert assessment methods, mathematical modeling and neural networks, modern tools of geoinformation and geodetic support, remote sensing of land, the results of space surveys. The development of information and analytical support, in contrast to the existing ones, is based on the results of the application of the method of integrated assessment, which allowed to single out the dominant scientifically sound recommendations for increasing the level of land use of the ecological network;
− method of integrated assessment of land use of ecological network of regions, which, unlike existing ones, is based on analytical diagnostic system for determining factors, methods of assessing analytical and qualitative indicators, local, systemic and integrated models, which allowed to form a quantitative basis for decision-making level of land use;
received further development:
− mathematical modeling of processes of formation and use of lands of objects of an ecological network of regions on the basis of establishment of communications between system factors of development of information and analytical maintenance and level of rational use and protection of natural resources and an integrated indicator of level of use of lands of objects regression analysis,
which provides opportunities to build monitoring geoinformation maps;
− scientifically substantiated recommendations for the formation of information and analytical monitoring of land use of ecological networks of regions based on the results of assessment of their level and modeling, which, in contrast to existing ones, allowed to identify areas of land use of ecological networks at the regional level.
Theoretical results and methodological provisions have been brought to the level of specific proposals and methodological developments to increase the level of land use of the ecological network of regions.
