Salden V. Diagnosis, psychotherapy and psychoprophylaxis in the complex treatment of somatic patients with mental and behavioral disorders who drink alcohol with harmful effects

For the first time in Ukraine, the criteria for the formation and features of mental and behavioral disorders in somatic patients who drink alcohol with harmful effects using complex clinical history, socio-demographic, psychometric, clinical psychopathological and psychodiagnostic research methods. For the first time, targets of complex (psychotherapeutic, psychoprophylactic and psychopharmacological) treatment of mental and behavioral disorders in somatic patients who drink alcohol with harmful consequences have been identified. For the first time, a system of diagnosis, psychotherapy and psychoprophylaxis of mental and behavioral disorders in the complex treatment of somatic patients who consume alcohol with harmful effects has been scientifically substantiated, developed and introduced into the general medical practice of medical institutions of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine.
