Essay

Chronic heart failure of various etiologies is one of the most common pathologies among the adult population of developed countries. However, the ability to perform the operation on time for all patients who need heart transplants is limited by the lack of donor hearts; consequently, there is a shortage of donor organs. In this situation, the use of various circulatory systems becomes the only possible means of livelihood at the stage of waiting for the vehicle. The aim of the research is to establish the effectiveness of surgical treatment of patients with the end-stage heart failure depending on the method of surgical correction.
