Essay

Modification of the electric arc method of multilayer surfacing in obtaining aviation parts from aluminum alloys were carried in dissertation. Improvements were made by adjusting the main factors of the process: the content of the protective mixture and the amount of run energy. Surfacing was carried out on a robotic complex made up of FANUC robot and SBI PMI 350 TL and Fronius Magic Wave 2220 welding inverters. For the first time, the effect of run energy and protective mixture on the formation of the structure of alloys during multilayer surfacing of aluminum alloys was shown. The results of researches formed the basis for the introduction of additive cultivation and plasma surfacing at Motor Sich JSC.
