Lytvynenko O. Bank value management in the consolidation process

The dissertation reveals and deepens the content of new and existing theoretical and methodological principles of bank value management under the current consolidation processes, as well as developed and proposed practical recommendations for improving and simplifying the management of consolidation processes to increase the value of banks. As a result of studying the conceptual and terminological basis related to the value of the bank, the consolidation process, the concept of consolidation was reclassified, the concept of the fundamental value of the bank was clarified. The notion of market and fundamental value is distinguished, the content of consolidation is specified through the introduction of such concepts as "forms of consolidation", "consolidation stages", "implicit factors influencing value", as well as classifications, characteristics and essential definitions of introduced concepts. Based on the results of the analysis of the concept of value, the value of the bank is considered and systematized from the position of its activities, value management entities and methods of its evaluation. Research and theoretical justification of the impact of consolidation on the resulting value of the bank, as well as the impact of certain factors on the financial results of the bank in the course of operating its business areas.
