Hryhorenko A. Financial potential of the energy sector of the Ukrainian economy and ways to improve its efficiency

The dissertation is devoted to the scientific substantiation and deepening of the theoretical foundations of financing the energy sector of the economy of Ukraine, the development of practical recommendations for realizing its financial potential in complex socio-economic realities based on the application of modern approaches and European practices to ensure the energy efficiency of the GDP. The work elaborates, summarizes and analyzes the theoretical principles of the functioning of the energy sector of the economy of Ukraine. In particular, the interconnection with related concepts, such as: "energy", "fuel-energy complex", "energy resources", "energy security" is determined. It was established that the concept of "energy sector" most fully represents the interconnection with the economy, so it can be used for further research.
