22 "Health care" Aleksandrova Tetiana. Improving the diagnosis and treatment of non-alcoholic fatty liver disease on the background of hypertension, taking into account the role of pentraxin-3. Dissertation for the degree of Doctor of Philosophy. Kharkiv National Medical University. - Defended 06/18/2021. UDC: [616.36-003.826: 616.12-008.331.1] -078: 085.043.3. 215 p.: 10 tables, 43 illustrations. - Bibliogr.: 322 titles. The dissertation presents a new solution to the current scientific and practical problem of modern medicine, namely improving and enhancing the diagnosis and treatment of patients with nonalcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD) on the background of arterial hypertension (AH) based on determining the functional state of the endothelium, systemic inflammatory response and diagnostic value of pentraxin-3. The structural-functional and enzymatic state of the liver, indicators of insulin resistance, lipid metabolism, indicators of endothelial dysfunction, features of systemic inflammatory response and the level of pentraxin-3 in patients with comorbid NAFLD and AH were studied. Ways to optimize the treatment of patients with NAFLD on the background of AH have been identified. The effectiveness of the combination of antihypertensive therapy and ademethionine on the level of pentraxin-3 and liver fibrosis in patients with comorbid NAFLD and AH has been established.
