Essay

The dissertation solves the scientific and practical task of developing scientific and methodological support and analytical and applied tools of combined geo-informational and organizational-technological preparation of concentrated construction in the territorial cluster, the objects of which are prepared and implemented in the format of a special construction project. In this dissertation for the first time the structure of geo-information modeling is adapted to the content of complex geo-informational and organizational-technical preparation of concentrated construction projects in a single development management cycle: an innovative model of multifunctional joint use of geo-information, communication and analytical systems preparation of construction sites taking into account the factors of influence and the creation of unified information data banks of conditionally constant and conditionally variable arrays of information with the development of target tasks of geo-information and organizational-technological modeling. Improved algorithm, content-business processes and indicators of optimization of characteristics of preparation of territories within the projects of concentrated construction and ensuring timely start of construction, methods of quantitative assessment of complexity of commissioning of territorial cluster objects based on calculation of complexity factor. Further developed: cyclically-combined method for determining the order of laying communications on a separate site of concentrated construction on the basis of quantitative assessment of the complexity of construction, which provides conditions for the organization of current construction of facilities and their timely commissioning; method of assessing the reliability of organizational preparation of territories using the state of uncertainty of the territory as a subsystem of components of cluster development and taking into account indicators of complex organizational preparation of the cluster, which allows optimizing the composition of business processes, structure and return of resources involved in the project. in general. The study is a scientific and practical means of updating the organization of construction through its significant addition by creating methodological support and application tools for informatization, digital space and geo-information support of training processes in development projects of concentrated construction and accompanying territorial renewal.
