Ena I. Punishment and his appointment for crimes against the foundations of national security of Ukraine

A review of the work of modern Ukrainian specialists in criminal law on criminal liability for crimes against the foundations of national security. It is noted that, despite the presence in scientific circulation of a number of monographic studies devoted to a comprehensive study of criminal law protection of national security and some aspects or certain components of crimes under Section I of the Special Part of the Criminal Code of Ukraine, and despite the explicit tendency to increase the interest of researchers in the analysis of this issue, in the criminal law doctrine there are no works, the subject of which would be a concentrated presentation of the problem of punishment for crimes against national security.
