Cultural and natural heritage sites are an important part of Jordan’s tourism industry. They have artistic and aesthetic value as well as economic significance. The object of research is the design of visual communications of cultural and natural heritage sites of Jordan. The subject of the research is the current state, principles and prospects of forming the design of visual communications of cultural and natural heritage sites of Jordan. The paper comprehensively studies the design of visual communications of cultural and natural heritage sites of Jordan; a set of factors influencing the formation of visual communication design in Jordan has been formulated; the principles of formation of design of visual communications of objects of cultural and natural heritage of Jordan are defined; the prospects of development of design of visual communications of objects of cultural and natural heritage of Jordan are formulated. The study improved understanding of Jordan's cultural and artistic development; the methodology of research of design of visual communications is expanded. The dissertation materials can be used in the development of theoretical disciplines (history of world design, history of graphic design, history and theory of subject-spatial environment design; Middle Eastern art, history of world art culture, art history, etc.). The main provisions of the study can be useful in the practical training of future designers; attribution of works; when developing criteria for evaluating projects in the field of design.
