Osipchuk R. Administrative and legal measures to prevent and combat corruption in the National Anti-Corruption Bureau of Ukraine

The dissertation is devoted to the theoretical and legal analysis of the system of administrative and legal measures to prevent and combat corruption in the National Anti - Corruption Bureau of Ukraine and the search for optimal ways to strengthen the anti - corruption potential of NABU, taking into account world best practices. To this end, the author investigated the essential features of corruption and the determinants of corruption in law enforcement agencies; characterized anti-corruption activities; the peculiarities of the administrative and legal status of NABU are determined; the essence and content of NABU's anti-corruption policy are revealed; the structure of the NABU anti-corruption management system is characterized and its elements are investigated; in the context of external control over the effectiveness of the anti-corruption management system, an independent expert evaluation (external audit) of the effectiveness of NABU's activities is described.
