The research is dedicated to the study of new potential anticancer substances C60 fullerenes and pyrrole derivative (1-(4-Cl-benzyl)-3-chloro-4- CF3-phenylamino)-1H-pyrrole-2,5-dione (MI-1)) and their combinations‘ impact on liver under chemically induced colon cancer. The results of the study could contribute to clinical diagnostic criteria development for the assessment of therapeutic substances‘ toxicity . The study could be served as a part of preclinical trial of these compounds. The research topic is relevant because of urgent need of new effective and low-toxic anticancer drugs. According to the WHO data, colorectal cancer occupies the 3rd place in the number of cases and the 2nd place in mortality worldwide among gastrointestinal tumors.
