Voitseshyn V. Fiscal regulation of Ukraine’s export potential

Dissertation for the degree of Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in specialty 072 – Finance, Banking Business and Insurance. – West Ukrainian National University of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine, Ternopil, 2021. In the dissertation the theoretical and applied aspects of national economy’s export potential fiscal regulation based on the analysis of scientists’ works, legislation’s acts of Ukraine, experience and problems of Ukraine’s fiscal regulation 9 functioning, foreign experience are investigated, and appropriate proposals have been developed to improve such regulation. Topicality of the research is determined by: firstly, the growing role of export development as a part of Ukraine's foreign trade in integration processes with the World Trade Organization and the European Union; secondly, the necessity for comprehensive regulation of domestic export potential with the help of appropriate fiscal methods, ways and instruments, which most widely cover the management of the export development in a period of constant changes and the gradual dominance of free barrier-free trade.
