Essay

The dissertation is devoted to substantiating new structures of mechanical oscillatory systems of vibratory machines capable of effectively implementing inter-resonance operation modes. The oscillation processes of the mechanical system operating under the inter-resonant conditions were considered as the object of research. The research subject considers the structures of mechanical oscillatory systems of inter-resonance vibratory machines, the relations between the inertia-stiffness and force parameters, the amplitude-frequency and frequency characteristics of oscillatory systems and units. The scientific novelty of the obtained results consists in further development of the methodology of designing highly efficient inter-resonance vibratory machines initiating the creation of a new class of discrete-continuous vibratory machines. In such machines, the hybrid structures of oscillatory systems are used, whose major difference consists in implementing the continuous member as a third (reactive) oscillating mass. The latter is characterized by the specific reduced stiffness and reduced mass at its first natural frequency, allowing effective implementation of inter-resonance operation modes and revealing the hidden potential of the synthesized systems due to the synergy of the discrete oscillatory system and the continuous member.
