For the first time, the relationship between psychogenic mental disorder and the variant and severity of psychosocial maladjustment in internally displaced persons has been demonstrated. For the first time, the leading factors of psychotrauma in internally displaced persons were studied, taking into account gender differences, and both acute and chronic factors were singled out. The influence of psychotrauma on the formation of psychosocial maladaptation, quality of life and social functioning of internally displaced persons has been clarified. For the first time the pathopsychological features of internally displaced persons were studied, taking into account the variant of psychosocial maladjustment and psychogenic mental disorder.
