Kovrah V. Appeals against administrative acts in an administrative legal proceeding

The thesis research is devoted to the problem of appeals against administrative acts in administrative legal proceedings. Theoretical generalization and a new scientific task solution, which is to define the nature and features of appeals against administrative acts in administrative legal proceedings as well as to develop relevant offers and recommendations, aimed at the improvement of current statutory provisions in the relevant area, have been shown in the thesis. It has been proved that the absence of a definitive concept of an administrative act and the determination exactly what kind of legally valid documents can be referred to the above-mentioned document, as well as the absence of the analyzed definition with establishment of its features and types, causes difficulties for protection of the rights and interests of individuals in case of their violation by the actions of power entities. It has been noted that problems of understanding administrative acts lead to an incorrect definition of the specified subject and formulation of grounds for administrative appeal.
