Detochka A. Principles of realization of law enforcement function of the state: administrative and legal aspect

The dissertation is devoted to the disclosure of administrative and legal aspects of the principles of implementation of the law enforcement function of the state, as well as the development of relevant proposals and recommendations aimed at improving the legal and organizational framework for the implementation of these principles. It is noted that law enforcement agencies both in the world and in Ukraine have come a long way of formation, development and improvement, which provides an opportunity, using historical experience and national traditions, to solve today's problems of their improvement, ensuring the implementation of law enforcement agencies tasks and ensuring compliance with the rule of law both by the state and by individual citizens, which will contribute to the continuation of the rule of law and increase the international image of Ukraine.
