It is established that the inclusion in the standard eradication therapy of Hp UDCA and probiotic Saccharomyces boulardii leads to a significant (p <0.05) reduction of astheno-vegetative and dyspeptic syndrome, right hypochondrium syndrome and cholestasis which improves its tolerability and increases the frequency of complete eradication of Hp.
