Essay

Clinical laboratory diagnostics is an integral part of medical research. Moreover, the most important analyte for laboratory medical research is human blood. About half of the total blood volume of an adult is erythrocytes, which contain hemoglobin, which transports oxygen and carbon dioxide throughout the body. Morphological examination of red blood cells is a valuable addition to the determination of the total number. Therefore, the task is to improve the accuracy of determining the morphology of blood erythrocytes using improved methods of three-dimensional visualization with digital processing of video images. is an important and urgent scientific and technical problem solved in the dissertation work.
