The dissertation substantiates the theoretical provisions and develops practical principles for improving the financial architecture of corporations in an unstable economic environment. Theoretical and methodological principles of the financial architecture of the corporation are revealed. The conceptual and categorical apparatus of functioning of corporate structures in modern conditions of economic development of the country is improved. The content of such categories as "architecture" . "financial architecture of the corporation". The components of the financial architecture of the corporation, their main characteristics of functioning and interaction to diagnose and neutralize the negative trends of the unstable economic environment. A scientific and methodological approach to determining the impact of unstable economic environment on the financial architecture of the corporation. Considerable attention is paid to the impact of financial architecture on the efficiency of financial activities of corporations. It is noted that an important component of the analysis of the effectiveness of the corporation's financial activities is its strategic effectiveness. It is proved that the definition of key priorities for the development of modern corporations and the effective use of tools to optimize their financial architecture is impossible without the use of a set of models and methods of economic and mathematical modeling.
