VASYLIEVA D. Corporate bonds in enterprice financing (on the example of Eastern European capital markets)

The thesis elaborates theoretical and practical principles of financing Eastern European enterprises with corporate bonds, gives concrete expression to the nature, types and role of corporate bonds in financial market structure, highlights the strengths and weaknesses of corporate bonds in financing enterprises’ activity, probes into the trends in Eastern European corporate bond markets, reveals the features of their functioning, puts forward the approach to increase the investment attractiveness of corporate bonds, identifies the interrelation between development of the corporate bonds market and other sources of enterprises financing on the basis of economic and mathematical modeling, offers the ways for improving the forming and regulating mechanisms for the corporate bond market in Ukraine.
