Essay

The dissertation provides theoretical summarization and a new solution of the scientific problem, which is devoted to the deepening and systematization of criminal legal norms and scientific knowledge in the field of domestic violence counterwork, and finding new ways of criminal legal and criminological counterwork to this phenomenon. It has been established that in Ukraine, at the legislative level, the notion of domestic violence appeared in 2017 and since 2019 committing of domestic violence has been treated as a crime.
