Essay

Objects - the fallopian tube of a white laboratory rat .; goal - to establish the features of the structural organization of the mucous membrane of the fallopian tube and parts of its bloodstream in the experiment, in the norm and in the dynamics of long-term exposure to nalbuphine; methods - corrosion, injection, histological, electron microscopic, morphometric and statistical processing of morphometric data; results - a comprehensive morphological study of the mucous membrane of the fallopian tube of white rats under conditions of prolonged exposure to opioids using injection, histological, electron microscopic, morphometric and statistical methods. A comprehensive morphometric analysis of the hemomicrocirculatory tract of the uterine mucosa of a white laboratory rat on injected and enlightened drugs after 2, 4 and 6 weeks of nalbuphine administration and new data of morphometric analysis of angioarchitectonics of the coefficient, indicator of tissue trophic activity) in the dynamics of long-term opioid exposure. Peculiarities of uterine mucosa remodeling of white laboratory rats against long - term opioid exposure were determined. The information on ultrastructural features of the mucous membrane of the fallopian tube in the dynamics of six-week administration of nalbuphine in the experiment was supplemented. Based on the obtained morphometric data of the structures of the mucous membrane of the fallopian tube on histological specimens and with their statistical processing, a comparative characterization of the structural organization of the mucous membrane of the fallopian tube in normal and long-term opioid exposure. A morphological rationale for the long-term effects of opioids on women's reproductive health is presented.
