The dissertation research is dedicated to the study of the heterologous genes expression features in plants in the context of molecular biology and biotechnology fundamental issues, the regulatory elements influence on the heterologous gfp (green fluorescent protein) gene expression level, data systematization of the gfp gene expression level using the transient transformation of the Aztec tobacco, Nicotiana rustica L. (N. rustica).
