Essay

The dissertation work is devoted to the decision of a problem of increase of efficiency of operation of alarm monitoring system of the vessel at the expense of introduction of system of support of decision-making with the observer. The observer allows to receive information about the state of ship systems in real time, as well as to predict their future state. DSS generates alternative solutions (algorithms) to restore the serviceability of the system in case of failure. The program can independently offer a map to find the fault with the accuracy of a faulty sensor or circuit element.
