The dissertation is devoted to a comprehensive study of the early development of steatosis and fibrosis results in 104 aged 10 to 18 years, doctors of juvenile idiopathic arthritis (JIA), based on the study of clinical and historical signs and biochemical indicators of functional status, as well as signs of growth factor , vascular endothelial growth factor and hepatocyte growth factor. It was found that more than 1.5% of JIA patients have problems with the gastrointestinal tract (472%), which are inherent in functional changes in the consequences. However, their nature has age-specific features and depends on the onset of the disease and the dosage regimen of methotrexate. Abdominal pain, loss of appetite, nausea and vomiting are more common in patients aged 10–13 years (55.36%; p ˂ 0.001). Younger children are more likely to complain of pain and vomiting (p ˂ 0.001). Decreased appetite and nausea predominate at the onset of JIA over 15 years of age (p ˂ 0.01). The regularity of disturbance of state of health of teenagers with JIA extremely from a variant, activity, duration of JIA and existence of MTX as a part of complex therapy is not established. These changes were significantly greater when using MTX at a dose of less than 10 mg / m2 / week against a higher dose (p ˂ 0.05). To diagnose and predict the risk of liver damage, a logistic regression analysis was performed, which revealed unfavorable signs of risk of steatosis and liver fibrosis, namely: JADAS-27 score, antinuclear antibody (ANA) and RF. It was found that the level of adiponectin is due to a combination of the following features: the
