Essay

The dissertation is a complex scientific research of administrative and legal regulation of execution of court decisions in Ukraine. The dissertation analyzes the current state and main directions of state regulation of relations in the field of execution of court decisions. On this basis, the norms of special and procedural legislation were analyzed, as well as the analysis of judicial practice was carried out. It is emphasized that court decisions are binding. Doctrinal approaches to understanding the concept and content of the category «execution of court decisions» are analyzed and the author's definition of this concept is given.
