Dissertation work is focused on the increase of effectiveness of intensive therapy by reducing the incidence of urgent conditions and complications caused by ischemia-reperfusion injury in elderly patients presenting with acute coronary syndrome undergoing endovascular revascularization of myocardium through the optimization of the methodic of anesthesiologic management based upon the principle of pharmacologic postconditioning.
