Pavlyk M. Investigation of crimes in the field of employment services abroad

In the dissertation for the first time at the monographic level the criminological characteristic and features of investigation of crimes in the field of rendering employment services abroad are comprehensively investigated. The normative and legal support of activity in the field of employment abroad is considered and the status of subjects related to such activity is outlined. Factors of both domestic and international nature that affect the level of criminogenic manifestations in the field of employment abroad are identified. It is noted that Poland, Hungary, the Czech Republic, Italy, Spain, Finland and Germany were among the most popular countries for Ukrainian workers, which determines the geographical distribution of criminal encroachments in these regions. In terms of time and seasonality, it all depends on the demand for a certain period of time for workers to perform certain types of work.
