Zlobin O. Psychopathological features of vascular dementia with different localization of pathological focuses

The dissertation is devoted to the study of neuropsychiatric symptoms accompanying vascular dementia in persons with certain localization of brain pathology. The aim of the work is to develop a model of personalized psychotherapeutic support of patients with vascular dementia based on the definition of permanent complexes of psychopathological symptoms inherent in the representatives of this contingent with different localization of pathological focuses. Peculiarities of psychopathological symptoms in patients with vascular dementia with different localization of pathological focuses had been studied, and based on the definition of correlations, stable complexes of neuropsychiatric symptoms in such patients have been identified, as well as features of their cognitive functioning.
