The dissertation is devoted to the study of the peculiarities of the clinical course, morpho-functional changes of the liver and bone marrow, regulation of erythropoiesis, metabolic disorders, intensity of oxidative stress, endotoxemia, regularities of liver fibrosis in relation to the indicators of ferrokinetics in nonalcoholic steatohepatitis (NASH) and alcoholic steatohepatitis (ASH) with anemic conditions (AC) and iron overload syndrome (IOS), as well as the optimisation of treatment taking into account the main pathogenetic factors of this comorbidity with the inclusion ASH and NASH regimen with anemic conditions Hepadif in the treatment, because it has hepatoprotective properties, has antioxidant and lipid-correcting action, eliminates endotoxicosis syndrome iron overload syndrome - discrete plasmapheresis sessions.
