Kovalchuk A. Atlas mapping of river-basin systems (case study of the Bystrytsia river basin).

The research on the topic of the dissertation was carried out during 2016–2021 according with the plans of research work of the Department of Geodesy and Cartography, Faculty of Geography, Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv.6 The information base of the dissertation consists of: data of the State Statistics Service of Ukraine and its Main Department in Ivano-Frankivsk region; materials collected and processed personally by the author at the in-house as well as expeditionary stages of work; diverse collection of topographic maps (1855, 1925-1933, 1955, 1975, 2000, 2015) covering the studied object – RBS Bystrytsia (scale of 1:100000 – 1:115200 and 1:50000); thematic geological, geomorphological, soil maps and vegetation maps (library materials of SRDE “Geoinform of Ukraine”, SE “Ivano-Frankivsk Institute of Land Management”, Dniester Basin Department of Water Resources Agency of Ukraine, Carpathian Hydrometeorological Observatory), data of the State Geocadastre of Ukraine, the Forest Resources Agency of Ukraine, the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of Ukraine (now the Ministry of Environment), the State Emergency Service of Ukraine, the Ministry of Agrarian Policy and Food; scientific publications (monographs, articles, conference proceedings etc.).
