Zaverukha V. Administrative and legal regulation of rule-making activities in Ukraine

The dissertation is devoted to the analysis of the mechanism of realization of administrative and legal regulation of normative activity in Ukraine. The complex characteristic of the concept, essence and features of administrative and legal regulation of normative activity in Ukraine is given. The specifics of the elements of administrative and legal regulation of rule-making activities in Ukraine are established. It is argued that the peculiarities of administrative and legal regulation of rule-making activity formed in the process of development of the legal system of Ukraine are reflected in certain features that focus on the sphere and subjects of legal regulation, means of legal influence, legislative regulation of relations in the field of rule-making activity. Also, an important role in the administrative and legal regulation of rule-making activities is played by the principles, the importance of which lies in their universality, specificity and certainty, which allows you to choose a single approach to administrative and legal regulation of rule-making activities. As a result, it is concluded that at the moment there is no single normative codified act that regulates the implementation of rule-making activities in Ukraine.
