Asanova L. Organizational and legal framework for documents flow management at National Anti-Сorruption Bureau of Ukraine

In the dissertation the organizational and legal bases of document circulation in the National Anti - Corruption Bureau of Ukraine are comprehensively investigated, in particular the basic methods, conceptual apparatus, national normative-legal maintenance and experience of foreign countries in the outlined field of research are characterized. As a result of research sources it was established that, despite the significant scientific achievements on various aspects of document management and record keeping, comprehensive and systematic research at the monographic level of organizational and legal foundations of such activities in the National Anti-Corruption Bureau was not carried out. Due attention is not paid to such problematic issues as: a) information interaction of NABU with subjects of power with special status and specific powers; b) legal support of document circulation in such body; c) introduction of an electronic method of exchanging information related to restricted access and other sensitive information; d) the location of the document management unit in the NABU structure and its subordination and interaction with other units and others.
