According to the results of the study, for the first time in Ukrainian juvenile men and juvenile women with orthognathic occlusion and with different types and profiles of faces according to Schwarz established the limits of the percentile range of teleradiographic (TRG) indicators of 3 groups: 1 – basic cranial indices; 2 – indices of jaws; 3 – TRG-indicators of teeth position and the profile of the face soft tissues. Differences between groups of juvenile men or juvenile women with different profiles or face types have been identified. By the TRG-indices of group 1, both juvenile men and juvenile men have the most differences between the indices according to the Schwarz and Bjork methods of cephalometry and the least – to Ricketts. Juvenile men with different facial profiles have a higher variability of these indicators than juvenile women. There are higher values in juvenile men with 1 type of face angle H than in juvenile men with 2 and 3 types and S-ar:ar-Go than in juvenile men with 3 types; in juvenile men with type 2 – index S-ar:ar-Go than with type 3; in juvenile men with type 3 – ar-Go distances than in juvenile men with 1 and 2 face types. More differences were found between juvenile women, mainly due to higher values of H, N-S-Ar and N-S-Ba angles in persons with 1 type of face than in juvenile women with 2 and 3 types. The TRG-indices of 2 group between juvenile men or juvenile women with different facial profiles proved the same type of differences. Instead, more variability of these indicators was found in juvenile men with different face types than in juvenile women. The greater variability of TRG-indices of group 3 in juvenile women of different facial profiles than in juvenile men and, conversely, in juvenile men of different facial types than in juvenile women is proved. For the first time, signs of sexual dimorphism were established according to the studied TRG-indices between persons with appropriate profiles or face types – mostly higher values in juvenile men, most pronounced between persons with 3 profiles or 2 face types. For the first time, reliable regression models with coefficients of determination R2˃0.6 TRG-indices of group 2 depending on indices of group 1 and models of indices of group 3 depending on indices of groups 1 and 2 were developed.
