Essay

The dissertation is devoted to the research of biological properties of bacteria etiologically responsible for the development of acne and pyoderma and microbiological substantiation of recommendations for new treatment regimens for these diseases. In a result of microbiological examination of 84 patients, study of selected clinical strains of gram-positive coccal bacteria (57) and strains of Cutibacterium (25) etiological role of C. acnes and Staphylococcus spp. in the development of acne was proved. Main biological characteristics, sistance of selected strains to antibiotics and antiseptics for the treatment of patients with acne were determined. The effectiveness of the antagonistic effect of the probiotic strain Lactobacillus acidophilus on the studied strains of cutaneous bacteria, staphylococci. There was investigated novel antiseptic with peeling properties for topical treatment of patients with acne based on decamethoxine, azelaic and salicylic acids. There were in vitro investigated the pharmaceutical compatibility of the components of the proposed tool, studied its antimicrobial activity against pathogens of acne and the stability of the properties of the developed drug composition during storage. The low level of antimicrobial efficacy against selected strains of antiseptics used in the treatment of acne has been shown. For the first time, the bactericidal action of the natural compound of the bromothyrosine series aeroplisin-1 and the antiseptic decamethoxine for the causative agents of acne was demonstrated. High level of antagonistic activity of the probiotic strain of L.acidophilus against pathogens of acne was experimentally proved. The results of microbiological studies substantiated the recommendations for improving the effectiveness of treatment of patients with acne. The results of clinical observations confirmed the effectiveness of the use the proposed masks with probiotics and the antiseptic peeling agent in complex treatment of patients with acne, complicated by pyoderma.
