The dissertation is dedicated to the solution of scientific and technical problem of creation of new designs of vibrating machines for cleaning and washing of details at repair with substantiation of their constructive parameters and rational modes of operation of the drive and creation of a technique of their calculations. Further development of a mathematical model of the working fluid in the nozzle of the pulsation chamber vibrating machine, which describes its dynamics and obtained amplitude-frequency characteristics from which to determine the kinematic and dynamic parameters of the immersed pulsating jet. Received further development of analytical determination of the productivity of the vibrating machine for cleaning and washing with a pulsating immersed jet of liquid with solid particles. The peculiarities of the design parameters of the machine and modes of operation of the vibrating drive are taken into account. The practical significance of the obtained results for mechanical engineering lies in the created methods of designing inexpensive vibrating machines for cleaning and washing parts during repairs in small-scale and single production. The developed concept of construction of a vibrating machine for cleaning and washing of parts from contaminants and the method of its engineering calculations will be useful to engineers and scientists working in this field, will be able to implement cost-effective and reliable models of vibrating machines.
