Fedorovych N. Complicity in a criminal offense with a special subject in the criminal law of Ukraine

The thesis is the first systematic and complex monographic study of complicity in a criminal offense with a special subject. The dissertation studies the doctrinal provisions on the problems of complicity in a criminal offense with a special subject, improved the definition of complicity in a criminal offense with a special subject, traced the formation and development of criminal law regulation of complicity in a criminal offense with a special subject in legal act that were in force on Ukrainian lands, the general experience of foreign states in enshrining in their criminal laws the provisions governing complicity in a criminal offense with a special subject. In the objects of division of criminal offenses with special and subjective groups and under their groups, taking into account which features of criminal legal activity of the executor (co-perpetrator), organizer, instigator and accomplice in a criminal offense with a special subject in the rules also the peculiarities of complicity in criminal offenses with a special subject committed by group persons, group persons by prior conspiracy, organized by a group and a criminal organization are indicated, and the relevant rules of criminal law assessment of these accomplices are developed.
