The dissertation is devoted to the deepening of the theoretical foundations of operational risk management in banks, the improvement of scientific and methodological tools taking into account national and international requirements, the determination of dominant factors of its manifestation, the development of new methodological approaches to the assessment of the economic result from the implementation of operational risk based on the construction of predictive models, the justification of recommendations on the practical implementation of the proposed measures in the activity of banks of Ukraine, which in the complex is aimed at increasing the efficiency of operational risk management and ensuring the continuous operation of banks.
